How do I install the chat widget?
It's very simple. Upon signing up, you will be given a small snippet of Javascript code. Paste this into the header or footer of your website (works with WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, and custom sites). The widget will appear immediately.
Will it slow down my website?
No. Our script is asynchronous, meaning it loads in the background and does not block your main website content from loading.
